Coldhead

Been a headblader since 2005, just thought you might enjoy this picture of me guiding some tourists down the 34 degree Nenana River in Denali National Park. No hair = a dry head :)

I’m a chick and I use HeadBlade

I was 28 when my hair started falling out due to Alopecia Areata. My husband encouraged me to shave my head because I was always stressed out trying to cover my bald spots. I finally shaved it off and felt such a huge relief. I started shaving my head with an electric razor then I went to using a regular razor; using a regular razor I only shaved my head once a week because I did not like the way the razor felt on my head. I saw HeadBlade being featured on story on CNN (I think) and I immediately went to buy one. I now use HeadBlade every other day and I simply LOVE IT! My only suggestion would be making one in pink for all us bald chicks out there who prefer a nice clean shaved head!

Easiest “Hairstyle” Ever!

In high school I, like all my peers, had a mullet (it was the 80s). Since then, my hairline has retreated, my hair has grayed, and what remained thinned out. Over the years, my haircut got shorter & shorter. Finally, after a short buzz-cut, I went all the way & shaved it all off one day while my wife was at work. She approves, so the shaved head is staying.
The HeadBlade makes it easy — MUCH easier than using a traditional razor. I'm a convert!

AFTER THE WEDDING….PLEASE

I was wanting to shave my head but my daughter was getting married and refused to even consider me shaving my head for the first time until after her wedding day. So I waited until after the wedding and then shaved my head with a "regular razor". As much as I liked my head I hated shaving then I heard about HeadBlade on my satellite radio about millionaires. I investigate it told my wife about it she ordered me the Holiday S4 kit and shaving my head was now easy and WAY WAY better. Then to top it off my daughter says to me "Gee dad you should have shaved your head before my wedding"

HeadBlade: My Hero

I came to the realization at a young age that the hair I loved would one day hate my face and choose to run completely away from it! I tried for years to deny the fact that I was going bald. Its not easy entering your 20's and being mistaken for someone 10 years older. Finally one day while at work, a co-worker of mine who had given up on faking that he wasn't losing his hair, looked me in the eyes and said, "Stop lying to yourself. Its gone and its not coming back."

From that point on I decided to face my reality and start shaving my head. For close to 4 years I used a standard 3 to 4 blade razor, having to double and triple check my work to make sure I wouldn't get the nickname "Patches". Finally one day while surfing the life sucking machine that is Facebook, I saw an add on the side for HeadBlade. I ignored it at first, not really giving it much thought. Then while browsing YouTube one afternoon a related video "How to use your HeadBlade Sport" popped up and I couldn't help but think it must be a sign. I watched video and was taken back. I must have one of these Hot Wheels inspired shavers, I must become and elite member of this head shaving fraternity.

After carefully researching the website I found a local spot where I could purchase a razor and accessories and also ordered some HeadLube Glossy while I was at it. I rushed to the store, picked up my new shaving companion and hurried home to try it out. The first shave wasn't the easiest based on past practice (putting pressure on the blades to get a closer shave) and I ended up with more cuts and blood than I had hair before hand. In the months since I have become quite the pro at using my HeadBlade and have cut my time down to mere minutes.

I suggest your product to anyone and everyone in the same prediciment I found myself so many years ago. I also find myself asking other head shavers if they are HeadBladers, and if not where and how to jump on the bandwagon. I am also an avid supporter via my truck which sports the 2 stickers I recieved with my order of HeadLube! I think HeadBlade is not only a great customer-first company, but one of if not the best persona hygiene products I have ever used. Proud HeadBlader for life!!

From 20 mins a morning to 5!!!

I have been shaving my head now for about 2 months, and normally I shave it at least once a year in the summer time. What a pain it used to be! I shave against the grain, so it was common for me to get nix and cuts as I shaved the sides or around towards my crown. The backside would be a circus act all in itself as I would hold a small mirror in one hand and look at my head in the mirror on the wall. Inevitably, there would be a patch that I would miss that wouldn't be quite smooth, and being OCD this would drive me crazy. Over and over I'd try to get it right. Just to shave my head (not including my face) was a 20 minute job in general.

Today, after a suggestion from a friend, I tried the HeadBlade for the first time. In about 5, maybe 7 minutes, I had my whole head shaved, including the backside, and I didn't even need a 2nd mirror to do so! I am thrilled that such a product has come out, and I am already a devoted fan! My whole head is smooth, and trust me, I checked all over to make sure. On top of this, I had no nix or cuts, and the blade didn't not reopen previous hard to squelch nix I have on my head. Thank you so much!!!

Finally Accepted

I lost most of my hair in my mid to late 20's. I grew it long, wore a hat, in short, did everything I could to hide the fact that I had very little fur upstairs. I finally caved in and accepted it about 6 months ago. I was told of the headblade by my brother, who shaves. I ordered the sport, and fell in love with it. Now I can't stand even a bristly feel on my scalp, and I am finally at peace. After all, grass doesn't grow on a busy street.
